Advertising Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
“Publisher” refers to Mindset Media Group Ltd.
“Advertiser” refers to any company or individual purchasing advertising space within a Mindset Media Group publication.
“Publication” refers to any digital magazine, feature, advertorial, or supplementary product produced by the Publisher.
“Agreement” refers to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to all advertisements accepted by Mindset Media Group Ltd. No employee or agent may vary these terms unless agreed in writing by a Director of the Publisher.
3. Accepting an Advertisement
An advertisement is considered booked and legally binding when the Advertiser responds to an
email from the Publisher with confirmation (e.g., “Agreed”, “Confirmed”, “We agree”, “Approved”,
“Proceed”).
4. Cooling-Off Period
The Advertiser may cancel the booking within 7 days of written confirmation via email. After this
period, the Advertiser remains fully liable for the full advertising fee.
5. Artwork Submission
The Advertiser must provide final artwork by the deadline and confirm ownership of all content. If
artwork is not received, the Publisher may use previous artwork, create a filler ad, or leave the
space blank—full fees still apply.
6. Publisher Rights
The Publisher may approve, amend, reposition, or reject artwork at its discretion. No guarantees
are made regarding leads, sales, or performance outcomes.
7. Charges & Payment Terms
Invoices are due upon receipt unless alternative written terms are agreed. Accepted variations
include payment on publication, 50/50 splits, or structured instalments. Any plan must be confirmed
prior to publication and does not reduce the Advertiser’s full liability. If payments are missed, the
remaining balance becomes immediately due. Late payments may incur statutory charges.
8. Non-Submission or Non-Participation
Failure to supply artwork or participate does not invalidate the booking—full payment remains due
and no refund applies after the cooling-off period.
9. Indemnity
The Advertiser indemnifies the Publisher against claims arising from supplied content including
copyright infringement or defamation.
10. Intellectual Property
All publication design and layout remain the property of Mindset Media Group Ltd. The Advertiser
grants permission for supplied materials to be used within the Publication and related promotion.
11. Liability
The Publisher is not liable for delays, errors, technical issues, or indirect losses. Liability is capped
at the amount paid by the Advertiser.
12. Data Protection
Data is processed solely for advertising fulfilment, invoicing, and communication, in compliance with
GDPR. Data is not sold to third parties.
13. Force Majeure
The Publisher is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable
control.
14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between the Publisher and Advertiser.
